I have a galaxy a3 right now but its not working its very hot although i didnt use it 3 days if i turn it on it doesn't turning on but its getting hotter and hotter if i'm trying to turn it on is it factory defect ? pls reply on this post and tell me what to do thanks :)

i have a samsung a3 I love the phone and its features but my only problem is it wont update to lollypop software and as well as that there is something about the phone that doesnt agree with 4g so I can only use it ona 3g+ server and it really winds me up.

It's really really really slow and freezes a lot!! And then hangs. I spend most of my time on apps trying to make its performance faster Have only had it for a few weeks after buying it new. Should not be sold. Horrible phone, a waste of money.

garry, 15 Aug 2015I have bought this phone a few week ago. i was using the gp... morei can not compere it to s4 but my gps is excellent. it connects to satellites in 10 sec, usually. indoors it takes some 20 sec. (i do not use agps) outside error is usually 3-5m.
i bought this phone to be my gps for mtb rides and it is flawless as gps unit
my only complain is really bad cam

Does one has to upgrade to the latest version of Android update? I did that and since then my phone often freezes, gives hell lot of problems using Facebook and has become slow. How do I switch back to the older version of OS? Please help...

I have bought this phone a few week ago. i was using the gps very often and i found it very bad comparing to my girlfriends phone (s4 mini)
does any one else noticed this or is it only me. using a gps test app the s4 mini finds double satelite as a3
