it does have 4G, i dont know were you saw it without 4G, but it DOES HAVE for SURE! :P

No.1 falthu phone from SAMSUNG. it's not been even a month of use & started to hang. Really one of the worst from SAMSUNG. I will never recommend this to anyone . Moreover it's not a 4G phone . Bought it for rs. 14500 & sold it for rs.8000. Really disgusting I blame myself for buying this worst phone . REDMI 2 IS MORE BETTER THAN THIS BLUNDER FAILURE.

I bought a Samsung A3 phone successfully for 2 weeks suddenly it does not pick up my wi fi. Just to get another I am sorry you need to take the phone in something is wrong. Is there anything that lasts longer than 2 weeks for R5000. Phoned Samsung they cannot help apart of I am sorry. Will never ever recommend Samsung to anybody. Very disgusted in the product and service.

According to my experience with Samsung I can only say don't buy this product. After 2 weeks it needs to go back to the service provider because something is wrong. You pay R5000 for 2 weeks usage then Samsung cannot help you with your problem. Always a sorry what an annoyance. Bad product Bad service.

I even checked by inserting a 4G SIM but failed. So guys plz don't buy this mobile thinking its a 4G mobile. Now samsung has released SAMSUNG J5 & SAMSUNG J7 which are 4G phones & more better than this faulty A3.

you have to use some loud ringttone.
Sometime I myself edited the tone by increasing volume upto 200%.

I buy Samsung A3 before 1 month. but I found a big problem. its ring tone volume is too low (but showing full) so that why I missed so many important call.

Am a new user of galaxy a3... my a3 is now on kitkat... I gt lollipop update... bt hearing lots of problem with tht lollipop update.. lots of bug! :(
so shud I upgrade to lollipop or its better to stay on kitkat?

J5 is 5 inch phone & A3 is a 4.5 inch phone check this link .
