some one can help me? i update from mobile data internet , A3 model SMA300H it cant use at all. sim card cannt read now. phone shop also cannt repair. Any idea?..please

This phone is garbage. Battery capacity is very poor, not surpringly the later versions have increased. Response is not too good as well.
Can also confirm, does get muffled speaking on phone.
First time I've tried Samsung and this experience won't have me trying again!

Samsung a3 first problem with battery now phone is stuck in safe mode Virgin customer service pretty useless won't be using either in future

Anonymous, 05 Sep 2017Did you check if there is anything wrong with your friends'... moreI have phoned many different people on different phones including landlines and still get complaints that the phone sounds muffled, I'm going to be trying a new sim card next and if that doesn't work the phone will be going back for repair,never had any problems at all with my galaxy ace.

I have experienced excellent call quality for the past 2.5 years. The other side can hear me clearly even if I speak at low volume in an office setting.
