I am disappointed by the screen protection. I used it for two months and it have small micro scratch in the middle. Anyone having this problem?

V, 29 Jun 2020Bought this phone about 9 months ago and the battery drains... moreProbably the reason it drains fast is because the battery is Li-poly. Li-poly last longer than Li-ion when chared but Li-poly battery quickly depreciate over the year than Li-ion.

It was good but there is a problem in my phone in w9fi setting it is not showing the available networks and always disconnects I try many methods to fix this problem but I can't get rid of this problem

There's no battery draining...obviously u installed too many apps...which will run on background processes.
There is way to bypass this problem.
Try scubby fast app..this will limit background processing.

I have used galaxy a30 for 13 months, and if i use my phone moderately it takes me 24 hours before I charge and it doesn't drain to zero percent, i discovered that putting your phone on flight mode when its switched off keeps the battery from draining, and also switching off your data when not in use also helps, and living your battery to charge overnight kills most samsung battery. I switched from infinix which was damaging my eyes but since I started using the darkmode on Samsung it's not an issue, and moreover the design and 15watts fast charger is a plus and a super amoled display with low heating effect. I will always go for a Samsung phone anyway anytime. My opinion. iPhone on the other hand has its pros and cons, you can ask users or go to opinions on gsmarena and discover it for yourself.

This phone is trash like for real when it comes to software updates Samsung sucks and exynos are trash like for real my phone is still on July 1st security patch my phone isn't even getting any software updates plus when the phone reach 20 percent battery drain all way to zero💀💀 this phone is lame I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this product when u tell Samsung they never do nothing no wonder apple beats them

Bought this phone about 9 months ago and the battery drains like crazy fast. It's updated to android 10 and whenever I play games like Mobile legends, the moment it hits under 20% battery, it drains to zero about no more than 10 minutes. This is by far the worst phone I've ever bought when it comes to battery life. It's 4000 mAH is a joke.

1...too many installed app wil run on background processes
2....it's the nature of lithium batteries will degrade overtime.
8months is enough to kill the battery lifespan into 70%

Why do Some samsung phones have different graphics-vdo ability- features to allow some apps to work or NOT
I get on Tiger 3D and my A30 does not let me make a vdo. The same wiht an A5. old phone not enough horse power or graphics features. Same with my LG g5 but that another story. The Samsung S9+ is no problem. When they sell you the phones they don't say some apps don't work; some graphics will not function !
Is it the chipset or the hardare config we must look for
