Phone feels like a toy in hand. Bad cameras with really slow autofocus. Bad speaker with low volume. Phone is slow....completely disappointed with Samsung now, they cannot make great phones anymore. For 270 dollars it is a waste of money when you can buy for example the excellent Y9 for 200 dollars...you have been warned.

No other company does this, take away basic software features. I can understand downgrading hardware in different models depending on the pricing, but why software? For e.g this phone does not have Scroll screenshot, Raise to wake, Hide notch etc. My mistake, before buying A30, I had tried a demo unit of A50 in a Samsung store and all these features were present in A50. Samsung does this on purpose! Yes, I know A30 is cheaper than A50, but it's just ridiculous to take away basic software features. Scroll screenshot is as important as a regular screenshot. It's 2019!!!

Hi, can anyone 'A30 owners' please check if there is an option to take scroll 'long' screenshot? Samsung is very smart in differentiating the software features also compared to higher prices Samsung phone. E.g this phone has No Raise to Wake, No long screenshot I think. Downgrade hardware, but why take away software features?

I bought this mobile last week I am not satify with this fone as I had lots of expectations from this ,I did not install any game other app but it ram showing 80 %used ,camera quality not good I am very regretting to buy this mobile instead ........SAMSUNG...MAKING FOOL...........

I bought this device week ago everything this ok except Google map . Navigation not working with this device didn't expect this from SAMSUNG worst experience and am using Samsung brand since 2010 now am feeling uncomfortable with Samsung losing customers trust

I wait for Samsung to send an update to fix those software bugs in gps and 4G. If not, I will replace it for another reliable phone.
