Mohsin, 24 Jan 2020No. Not in any aspectThat is not true, this phone is newer and have newer versions of Android. Overall it's very similar specs. I would say you just give up screen res for better battery. Performance should be very similar to. I don't see any reason to buy s8 plus if it's not very cheap.

All samsung were designed really bad with a barely working software.I thought since i tried many samsungs to try a30s and i bought it. Totally regretted it. Its absolutely bad and personally the worst phone i ve ever seen.

A30s User, 22 Jan 2020I play online game fro hours and my friends still complain ... moreAgreed my device handels 5-8 hours gaming depending on game. So stop this bullshit about battery drain. Just hard reset your phone and check apps and what can couse it. Becouse you have battery information in the phone that shows and warns if your phone drains fast.

Kaka, 16 Jan 2020Battery drains really fast, have problem with volume button, I play online game fro hours and my friends still complain that my phone doesn't want to drain its battery. If yours drains battery more than it should I suggest you get the original Samsung Galaxy A30s please

One big flaw about fingerprint sensor under screen is, no tempered glass protector will work and plastic is no where to be found. So I will just use the screen without protection then... And it did get small scratches from a fall but not that bad or visible so the screen seems to be good scratch resistant. Time will tell.

Here you can see my phones battery usage. 2 hours on screen time lost 10%. Been gaming and such. But only one of the games shown here for some reason. So this battery is very good.

I was using a zenfone 5 before and it had a bit better res but I don't really notice it anymore. I would recommend this phone but only if it's on sale. Otherwise there migth be some better options.

What is all this talk about battery drain. I used my phone for 1 hour gaming and social media since this morning. Lost 10% only and I'm on the latest software. If you have problem check battery usage and what apps drain it. Or do a hard reset of the phone/ clean cache of apps. The phone also warns when something is taking a hit on the battery. So you guys must be trolling or having faulty batteries.
