I am looking to upgrade my phone from Galaxy A8 (2018) to this one and I'm concerned about the resolution difference, even though the A30s has a better camera.
How much difference in screen display quality is it? It's hard to judge just by looking at the numbers.

Does this device have plastic or glass back?
Answer: It has a mixture of both and its more durable
Will this device get android 10?
Answer: Yes, but we don't have an date. We push out updates in random phases for more stable networking. But it will arrive and you will be notified when the update arrives.

Even gaming for hours no heat at all almost. So what app are you using? I will myself have a lookout for this issue.

Amazing battery life, can play mobile legends for 7-9 hours straight according to the gaming app. Big screen but 720p, not a big deal you get used to it. Snappy and fast performance. The device looks really good and the camera seems to be good. Front camera is better then most I've used. This should take similar quality photo as the Huawei p30 lite becouse it has a similar setup. Whatever reason people here saying battery sucks and so on must have faulty devices. I had only a smooth and good experience on this, and I love the big screen 👍

I got the samsung a30s in dec 2019.I absolutely hate it! I would not recommend it to anyone! I lose connectivity intermittently using this phone. I've never had the issue before. Its not a service provider issue- Ive checked .
Need to switch the phone on and off to (hopefully) get connectivity.
I preferred my A6+ ,but alas, thats now sold

if you have battery drain issue, clear google play services data & cache, then just 1~2% battery drain from night to morning

It can't play... more720p is the max resolution on the A30s. The A30 was 1080p.
There is no solution except to get another phone.

The phone is not able to give a whole day support, too much battery drainage, still searching the reason and result of 3 cameras. I am not satisfy with performance.

But yes, if you payes more for A30s, there is a better options, even A50 is better phone worh better screen

Everything is bearable about this phone according to its price. But I just faced heating issues on just only on video calling 😡 & that's making me crazy. I wasted my money but please guys don't waste yours there are many other options available in this price range (specially xiaomi redmi note 8 pro) go for them.
