Clean the USB of the charger and phone and turn off on
Sometime it can be recognised as USB plugged in instead of ac charge that's why it took long time

jo, 23 Mar 2017Love my 2015 A3...upgrading to the 2016 only offers a 1.5 G... moreNot that it matters anymore but...how about the better rear camera on the A3 2016 13MP vs 8 MP...how about the better diplay 4.7" vs 4.5" and resolution 720 x 1280 pixels vs 540 x 960 pixels ,how about the better battery 2300mAh vs 1900mAh ....I guess it's no use mentioning the bluetooth 4.1 vs 4.0 as long as you didn't even notice the bigger differences!...don't worry maybe someday you will learn to compare mobile devices.

I think nougat update is delayed & will come in the last week of this month.
A310F update was coming in the first week ok May & A510F was suggested to be update in the 4th week of May but Samsung replaced these updates. Now A310F update will come during 22-28 of the May.
