My A3 2016 could not charge, i don't know why I used it nearly 1 years, and it never felt down on the floor but it is no action or something wrong, could somebody tell me how can i do? I love it so much.

On standard apps and chrome over 12hours screen time
It has 8:45min work time
Sometimes you need to drain the battery every 6months

i noticed a huge increase in battery life if you delete google chrome, and use internet beta from samsung, also deleted messenger. When used chrome and mess, i hardly managed to get 2:30 hours SOT, now i have 33% left and 3:30 hours SOT. Check by yourself, maybe it's just me.
