I bought this phone before 3 days. On my display there is a thin green line on left side. It is only visible when brightness is high. Anyone has same problem?

I recently upgraded my cell phone contract and was took the Samsung A3 on the advice from the sales person, but also based on the billing plan I am on. I was happy for all of 2 days with the phone, this was till I loaded two apps which i use a lot....that being Whatsapp and Facebook. Ever since then the RAM gets blocked up heavy and then forces my phone to start down. I can not use a phone like this, as I had a Samsung pocket then a Samsung S4 mini and both these were a pleasure to use till now, making me wonder if Iphone is not maybe a better "smartphone"
Is there a way I can fix this, i turned off all background apps from running but still this has not helped. After every short message or quick facebook check-in i have to shut down the phone.

I really loved this phone as I am against huge-secreened modern phones. It looks great, but after 7 months of use I'm giving up.
I thought it was a keyboard lag... then I thought it was Lollipop, but after the update the lag was less frequent but was still there. It's not a touchscreen problem... I've tried different keyboards and it happens anyway. While using whatsapp/Telegram/Allo or any chatting app, the keyboard becomes extremely laggy and it's impossible to type withouth getting an awful result.
After all the updates, wiping cache, resets, different keyboards, freezing apps, debloating the phone... the problem will never go away, because 1.5 gb ram is not enough to have a smooth performance... everytime the phone is demanded it gets hot and laggy...
The only solution I found everytime it gets hot and therefore laggy is shutting off the phone until it's cold again.
It was an expensive midranger, and I feel disappointed to see that the J series work better...

You just don't know anything about tech and think only cores and megapixels matter. But I think you will open your eyes after no more than one year. I also once downgraded from iPhone 5 to Xperia M4 Aqua. Thought it will be better but nope, midrange just doesn't come close to flagships, especially if the flagship is an iPhone which doesn't get slow after 4 years, still gets updates and works like on day one (or maybe little slower but then again with the latest and greatest OS, apps and features)

And if you still want to pay such money, you can get a phone multiple times better.

Used for a only a month... Deleted everything from my phone and still stops every 15 minutes! Can't take out the battery I have to wait from 5 to 30 minutes for phone to work... Nah...

The A3 (2016) has been in my pocket for some heavy duty kitchen services, taken a beating, has never been confused about 4g or wifi so to all you haters, maybe you need to just check what you need from a phone. I paid $400NZ for my phone upgrading from an S3 mini I had for 3 years (and still works, just not as well as my A3) and same cost. Better sound from the direct speaker, faster connections to points, 4G is super fast when on wi-fi. Camera, just as good as S3 and that was amazing.

A really nice compact phone, unfortunately it uses a hybrid SIM-MicroSD slot. Is there any other options for a phone in this size with dedicated microSD slot and dual SIM?

Suddenly phone slow down?? Of coz performance won't be as great if u going to compare to newer models. pure common sense.
