After the Nougat update does not charge above 86%.Since this happens to many people I believe the will be an update

If you see the back panel near the volume button you can understand that battery puff.
and it means that battery will power less than before. replace the battery may fix the issue.

Im getting 24hrs battery life on nougat...i was getting about 36hrs on marshmallow. Also sot on msm was 7hrs and now is bit below 5hrs on nougat. They advertised about 10% better battery life on nougat but its 30% worse than before. Would never upgrade if i knew that

[deleted post]I highly doubt that's the case as new Moto C has only 1gb RAM and it has Nougat out of the box. But Moto C uses vanilla Android and Samsung uses TouchWiz so maybe skinned versions of Android require more RAM for certain features, idk.
