A5 2015 single sim .have only 2 issue ; overheating & battery drains very fast. How to address this...

One of the worst products now a days is Samsung phone. I bought an A5 in 2015, I sold it to one of my friends and the phone went dead with motherboard issue for which the customer service center asked him to pay Rs 9000 as the phone was 15 months old and so out of warranty. Seriously, can a brand manufacture a motherboard which doesn't even run for at least 3-4 years. Never mind I bought an edge and it has switching on and off issue with heating problems and guess what unless my phone damages they can't do much. Hope it damages in warranty other wise i'll be duped. NEVER EVER BUY SAMSUNG, NOW A DAYS ITS JUST A NAME PERIOD.

I bought Galaxy a5 (2017) from T-Com. Mi phone broke . 4g isue and sim card problem. I send phone to official Samsung service and got phone with broken screen from the inside. Now my phone is 4 time at the service and i asked to give me new one, but Samsung Croatia is playing dum. Can you help?

my samsung a5 was bought 2016. its working well but since the latest update the nougat updated 2 days ago. i am experiencing too much lag. not only.on games but also the menu itself

This phone is great. I used this phone from may,2016 and still now this phone is working properly . But this phone have a little heat from front camera and other complaint or problem is not there.

This is a great phone. Owned it for about 2 years now and it looks new and better each day. It competes with even the latest of any brand. Great foresight in the making of the phone.

I run it with a custom ROM now, and there are no problems whatsoever. Get Resurrection Remix running on Android 6 and you won't have a problem. Be careful which ROM you will get though, get it from XDA forums and make sure to read everything before you download the ROM, because some of them are just experimental.
Find someone to install the custom ROM if you can't do it (you need to be careful)
One thing for sure, I will always buy used phones from now on, Samsung is just a commercial name, they have faulty devices as well, just have a look at the Note 7 fiasco.
