Worst phone i ever scene compare to Sumsung. I had purchased A5 on 24/05/2015. I am facing so many problems. Since i had purchased, 4 times had given to Service centre. Still I am facing with new problems. Dont purchased this A5 series. Samsung brand is dominating this series.

I am having trouble with reception
Calls and Internet connection
does any one else has this problem with galaxy a5
Even during conversation I am having trouble. The other person cannot understand me properly

i always use A5 2014 it is a great phone camera touch internet speed also very great so if u purchase smart and guilty handset so buy A5 ........i love this cell phone

Ive had the A5 since December 2015 and my only problem is the Predictive Text, I turn it off via the setting and after I have sent a text and goto send another its back and I have to go through the settings again...How do you turn it off for good!

GX, 04 May 2016A5(2014) better than J7A5 is better than the J series.I mean J5 and J7. They seem to have a lovely physical appearance but they have hidden issues. Same over heating problem of samsung phones,they both have very low music volumes, hang a times and you have to restart a couple of times,disconnects from Internet even when there's 3G. A5 is much better. I am yet to have a single issue with it cheers man

Using Idea 4g SIM. Shows 4G network and net runs well but is unable to make and receive calls most of the time. If someone calls to my idea no. than it is automatically forwarded to another no. even after having full network and running internet. Unable to find by what is the problem associated with i.e, from SIM , NETWORK OR A5. Can anyone help me?
