Samsung a5, 24 Apr 2016Kitkat or lollypop which is best sofware of samsung a5I had the same fear ... finally I did the update,now I'm on Lollipop for 2 months,everything is OK,no lag,same (great) battery life.I have A500FU.

My centre button does not work. Had phone since July. When in rest mode I have to use the power on off button to k8ck into life

I have this phone a few days now and it have mixed feelings on this phone. The screen is great at 720p resolution since its an AMOLED display. The performance is quite snappy although it lags a bit when playing high-graphic games like Clash Royal, etc but since I rarely play games on my phone, it doesnt really matter for me. The battery life is superb as i can get up to more than 4 hours of screen-on time on this phone. The rear-camera on this phone is pretty good as I can get a few decent shots with this camera but the selfie camera has mediocre quality especially at low-light area. One thing that hurts me though is the price. You could buy other phones with high-performance specs at a lower price than this one. But if you prefer better built quality over performance, I say go for it.

I bought the A5 about five moths ago and at first my PDF opened, but now I'm struggling with it. The icon comes on saying it's busy, but an hour later it's still busy. I just want to know if I need to download an app to go be be able to open it now or should I rather take it in to the shop so they can help?

Hi guys, here are some of my experience with A5. Initially, everything is working perfectly until the 9th month. I am a heavy user for phone. Data and wifi are off only when I sleep at night. The battery is still great but more problems start popping out. For example, (i) my phone sometimes cannot detect wifi and data, (ii) my camera suddenly failed once, (iii) a bit lag like for half second, (iv) recording of audio suddenly disappear during the process and (v) whatsapp dongle which let us preview the message malfunctions. Pretty sad and frustrated with all these problems. What more now is that I need to look for a new phone.

I buy this phone A500 fu (europian version) 1 month ago. I very happy with it. Everything is fine the battery stand 24 hours and is very fastetc etc etc its wonderfull :)

Got A5 15 March can not make an outgoing call at all still struggling with service provider on 9 April screen went black did not want to switch on again I took it back to service provider they want to send it in for repairs +- 21 days I am not happy at all...... Waiting for Service Provider I demand a new handset.......

when i power off my phone it suddenly goes to factory mode and downloading some content
and it goes freeze what i do plz help me..
