this phone is a problem sumsung didn't do a good job on it, i bought one 9 months ago it just went off on its on and now the dealer cant give me a new phone until he send the damaged phone to Dubai coz he orders them from there,the warranty is still valid..confused customer..i love samsung but i am very disappointed with A5..Zambia...

HANGING problem in samsung phones is such a big problem that it hanged the company. The problem cannot be solved by such a big company yet even in A series.

Its not working properly after 4 MONTHS! Its so devastating! It wont charge, then the battery drains too fast, so pricey for a mid-range. S and Note Series are more trustworthy. Please dont waste your parents money buying this faulty device. OPEN YOUR EYES, PERFORMANCE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE DESIGN!
