Hi, I read your issue and I had this with 2 phones. One HTC Droid and Galaxy S6. I searched for it everywhere and there were other users having same issues but none gave reply. I saw on Google Nexus forums, they had a full post on it. Its basically problem of Noise reduction and the extra casings and covers that we buy for our mobiles.
Phone uses two mics, one for noise reduction
I suggest you just close one of the mics used for noise reduction and then test it while removing all the covers and also disable noise reduction option. Hope it works

AnonD-481046, 27 Dec 2015m4 aqua is bether but this phone has beter memory Sony is badest service center in my country, I don't know in other country. Once your phone entry sony service center, you can't met your phone before 2 month. It's why I didn't choose Sony how good they are.

Hi!
I bought this phone 3days back via paytm.
Now i observed facebook app crashes if i use that app continously for more than 15 mins.
I wonder if this is an issue with the phone or fb app?
Anyone with better knowledge of this kinda problems pls help me out with the resolution.

This phone is truly a value for money. I bought this a week before and here are my reviews:
Prons:
1) Camera- The rear and front camera is truly an amazing thing samsung has provided till now. Under 20k, this is the best phone.
2) Battery: Battery last for 13 hrs which is goos enough for normal use person.
3) Design- The design is just like iphone and stunning. THe best samsung phone till date.
4) Size- Absolutely perfect size for every geneartion.
5) Processor- No lagging in case of multi application opened.
Cons:
Only one thing missing is the lack of more censors which other phone like one plus x or HTC is providing. Censors are also in samsung but can be more.
I switched from iphone to samsung after lot of resarch and truly happy that I made a right decision.
