This phone is truly a value for money. I bought this a week before and here are my reviews:
Prons:
1) Camera- The rear and front camera is truly an amazing thing samsung has provided till now. Under 20k, this is the best phone.
2) Battery: Battery last for 13 hrs which is goos enough for normal use person.
3) Design- The design is just like iphone and stunning. THe best samsung phone till date.
4) Size- Absolutely perfect size for every geneartion.
5) Processor- No lagging in case of multi application opened.
Cons:
Only one thing missing is the lack of more censors which other phone like one plus x or HTC is providing. Censors are also in samsung but can be more.
I switched from iphone to samsung after lot of resarch and truly happy that I made a right decision.

I m using a5 model...its really super..battery backup is good also camera quailty is very clear so good...but minus point is they didn't attach using memory card..otherwise its good for me

I want to buy this phone but i read above that many of them are facing a problem after upgrading it to lollipop version.There are issue like battery drainage .
is it not good to upgrade it to lollipop?

As of the "bed-gate", it's shame on you for even mentioning that. Just leave your hands-free around or show some respect to the other party and stand up.

Well, I'm using A5 since Aug of this year. I'd say it's just a fabulous contemporary smartphone. But since the day one, I'm facing voice issue. When lying on bed & speaking on this phone, the other party can not hear me properly. They feel I'm little away of the phone. When I'm speaking in sitting position, the other party is able to hear me clearly. I called Samsung customer care at their number available at the phone box. The executive acknowledged the issue & felt the same. She advised me to drop into a service center to check up the phone. So I went their & they just updated my software (my OS was already up to day at my WiFi though) & asked me to use it. While I was importing my contacts from google, I noticed at least 1000 contacts out of 2500 I lost or couldn't get imported properly. Again deleted all & started importing from Google. Sadly the result was same. Nowhere I found my residential no, my wife's no & lot more in the list. Additionally the basic voice issue remained same.
FYI I'd like to let you know, I always save new contacts at device & I keep the synch option on auto mode at daily interval.
On the very next day I went to the service center. They started convincing me sometimes few contacts gets removed from Google. But since I'm using smartphones so long & got to habituated with it's nature, I know if the auto synch is on, no contacts should be left.
Guys please read my issues twice & come up with resolutions. The service center kept my phone now to check up.

I'm thinking of getting this phone. Currently have a samsung galaxy ace. I'm getting pressurised by my rich friends (i'm poor btw I dunno why I hang around with them lol) to get the cool up to date phone.

I love this phone, I've been using it for about 8 months and it has been a champ. Battery life for me is about a day and a half with 5 hours screen on time and that's while using games like clash of clans and such a lot.

Awesome phone, camera clarity is good, not perfect. battery back up is just like all phones, if u tend to use internet all day, then it can stand for a day. other wise solid 2 days and 3 days max.
No glitch , multi tasking can be done very very smoothly, more over solid phone with metal body , u can feel the elegance for sure,
