A50 is good and perform well but the casing is so dumb that the manufacturer put only double adhesive to stick the casing in the long run the casing when off, they don't think on the durability of the case, so dumb and don't give value to consumer and yet its a SAMSUNG brand, daaaa!

So my mother bought this galaxy a50 back in 2019 and just a few months it malfunctioned and never turned on again (motherboard failure). Just last month, it got fixed and was working miraculously fine. The fixer said he swapped the motherboard with a new one. But there was one problem though. The on-screen fingerprint sensor doesn't work anymore and it says "If this keeps happening, restart your phone". I did restart my phone but it still didn't work. I hoped the new software update would've fixed the issue but sadly it didn't. Any tips that could help?

I used to have a microphone symbol show up, and I could voice call contacts, ask for highway directions, ask about public figures, song lyrics, you name it! Now I can't get the microphone thingy to show up, so the phone is half useless to me, other than finger dialing phone numbers. I don't know what 'app' that voice command thingy was or where it wen't.

Johnkiz , 11 Jun 2022I wish to swap the battery to 5000mah if possible You will have to communicate with the company to see if it is possible. Mostly, such accessories are built peculiar to a phone to avoid people doing exactly what you wish to do.

bobby53787, 07 Jun 2022why ?Downgrading is not official by Samsung . Downgrading decreases security and may be full of viruses and malware which may destroy mobile , control it , spy on it or steal its data.

To show name of caller who is one of your contacts press on phone sign then 3 dots on upper right then setting then more setting then make on show caller information and show contacts during calls.
