Nooytg, 24 Apr 2022Not good.,,,,pubg and mobile legend do laggy....for everyda... moreit's normal for a low-mid-range cell phone more than 3 years old a50 , even the a51 wouldn't be great on his games

    Recent Sercurity update spoiled battery life a50, so I downgraded security patch to march 2021 using OIDN, now it's very smooth and getting 7 hrs of screen on time.

      Hi, I am using this phone since last 3.3 years. I didn't have any major issues till date. Only once mobile got switched off and has to go near by service center and rectified it and charged for 500/-. In recent update really Samsung ruined this mobile to promote latest models of A series. But this kind of move is not good. If we are really satisfied and able to use mobile for more years then definitely consumer will never look for another brand. But this kind of jimmicks will ruin brand value.

              Anonymous, 06 May 2022In indonesia, don't have NFC?I believe the answer is yes since Samsung Indonesia for phones who are "market/region dependent" are removing it.

                Really loved this phone when i got it. As a kid tho. Miss this phone so much, i regret submerging it underwater.

                      I have some bad news. From now on we will not recieve monthly securtity patches. We will recieve one update in 3 months. With the last update they ruined my battery and now i need to wait next three months to recieve update. Same goes for galaxy s10.

Apart from some stutters here and there due to its age, it still works well.

                            2 years and 5 months after buying my Samsung Galaxy A50 and having to replace the screen twice, the battery thrice and repaired the charging port, I regret to admit the phone has finally packed up. RIP.

                              U can play small games that don't need that much power and graphics.
                              Camera is okay

                                  Fortunately my A50 is fast after 9 month using. I installed lots of apps, but didnt get slower.

                                      Find a better phone, 22 Mar 2022Update after 3 years: 1. Phone run slower (very noticeable... moreTry wiping data or factory reset for the slow issue. Mine is fast after a wipe data. Boot to recovery mode.

                                      My power button is still perfectly OK. I learned the hard way how to NOT press/hold any buttons too aggressively. Just a small press is enough. No buttons will survive if you keep putting too much pressure.
