the phone has problem suddonly turn of and you can turn it on without pressing combination keys vol- and power.This is common problem with this phone

Does a50 heat while watching youtube, browsing reddit, google, playing games? Also does battery last enough while playing games like asphalt 9 pubg fortnite?

Got this phone few days back, very good phone for its price. Superb screen, camera is good but not the best. Call and audio quality is good, but the on screen fingerprint sensor is bad!
The performance of the phone is fast and snappy after installing hundreds of apps and SD card content. Overall its a good phone, and it's design is excellent, doesn't feel like other cheap phones. Love to watch YouTube and Netflix videos on this phone!

users don't update to may security update.
it completely destroys the camera .
The main camera produces very mediocre photos and there is a noticable lack in quality , detail and color.
even the focussing issue isn't solved on my device.
shame on you samsung to deteriorate the camera saying that there is a camera quality improvement through the update.

Phone is very solid overall. Everything is smooth and the screen is great. Camera takes very good pictures. The fingerprint sensor is very slow and I find it hard to use, the face recognition is much more usable.
Battery draining is the main issue of the phone. My previous phone had a 3000mAh battery and after an entire day I would have a solid 60% left, which was just amazing. With this phone having 1000mAh more, puts me at 60% when I'm barely through half of my day. This does not make the phone unusable, but I would've expected much more from it.

if your phone is a defect phone you can make a complaint to samsung, i believe samsung will help you

- battery is great compared to other phones

A7 2017 is outdated and has 40% of the single core performance of A50, so it takes longer to open apps.Not to mention A7 2017 comes with android 6 upgradable to 8, while A50 has android 9.

Been using this for 3 weeks now, I have not encountered overheating and it stays up for 2 days. Fingerprint is a bit slow but tolerable. Wonder how and why majority complains overheating.
