- battery is great compared to other phones

A7 2017 is outdated and has 40% of the single core performance of A50, so it takes longer to open apps.Not to mention A7 2017 comes with android 6 upgradable to 8, while A50 has android 9.

Been using this for 3 weeks now, I have not encountered overheating and it stays up for 2 days. Fingerprint is a bit slow but tolerable. Wonder how and why majority complains overheating.

If this really happened, that maybe the service center is not authorised by SAMSUNG.

I just bought my Samsung Galaxy A50 a month ago. Yesterday, it just suddenly gave an error saying that there is a file that is corrupted. It asked me to reboot the system. So I did. After that, it won't turn on anymore. It won't even charge. I already tried all the tutorial to do soft and hard reset, but with no success. It is also not charging anymore. I never dropped this phone. There is also no water defect as this phone was never exposed to extreme cold environment. This was also not exposed to extreme hot temperature. Your comments will certainly help me.

Been considering getting the A50, and I can't understand why everyone is saying the battery drains quickly. I've watched multiple videos where the phone has been tested playing PUBG, using instagram, youtube and streaming music all after each other and the battery only died after 7 and and a half hours even though the phone was in continuous use. So then regular usage shouldn't drain the battery as fast as what people are claiming. Is it really true? or are people just trying to badmouth the phone for no reason?

Nah A7 2017 is outdated, A50 has no problems some people like to mess around and write fake stuffs.
Fingerprint scanner is not that slow,also an update was released to fix.

HKNY, 21 May 2019A50 is the better one overall. It has the biggest battery (... more I think ill buy a7 over honor play and a50 because google pulled its license from huawei and many people says a50 fingerprint is slow, battery drains faster, heats alot.
