its been 7 months since i bought my phone but now, whenever i charge my phone, its percentage doesn't go up. what do i do? this phone here in PH is kinda expensive.

my samsung a50s automatically hangs up while i m on a call, or clicking a photo or watching some video. it restarts but takes time from 10-15 minutes around. This is happening now every 2-3 days. Today it switched off and didn't restarted for 5 hrs and when the battery was dead, it then started again properly on recharging.I am really not liking this phone. Doesn't feel like this phone is value for money.

Its an alright phone but the experience is ruined by the finger print scanner, its just hopeless.

So basically, the flash problem is now solved. Now if Samsung can generate a camera upgrade patch to truly get 48 mp resolution, it'd be great..

Jaja, 08 Jun 2020Hello, any opinions for those who updated their a50s to And... moreOk, I just found out something..the update to Android 10 messes up the camera's 48 mp mode preventing it from using flash in that mode. Checking the net, I came across a Samsung blog about this issue & the Samsung tech's answer was to simply reset the cam settings. I tried the same & voila! it works..although it is only in auto flash mode, meaning it uses the flash only when needed in low light etc. The phone won't activate it if there's enough light. Better than not having it at all..

As far as I can see, the update hasn't messed up the phone's performance, coz it's running pretty well. The only problem I have with the phone is it's so called 48mp camera's lousy performance in low/medium light. Though I can't really say comparing it to the previous Android 9 coz updating to Android 10 was one of the 1st things I did after purchasing it.

Hello, any opinions for those who updated their a50s to Android 10? Still scared to update because it might have problems such as lagging, bad camera or smth. Had a bad experience on my previous samsung phone when I updated its OS so i need opinions. Thank you!!!

I just got a 29 May released security patch update (SM-A507FN) of nearly 797 mb today. Check if you have set your software update mode to auto download over wifi. If you don't have wifi, then you'll manually have to do it on your mobile network.

Android 10 update is already out for quite some time now and a few updates have been rolled out before and after the android 10 update.
I dont get it why you said no security patch update since february 🤔

I was hyped about this phone, but after few months i hate it.
No security update since February....
Heats up quickly
Camera (selfie) now looks a bit laggy
4000mah but when playing games battery drains quickly
If you are planning to buy this even after all those complains please buy which has snapdragon
Exynos is the worst chipset out there...Thanks mates
