Everyone from India facing restarting issue after 1year of usage problem is these models A50s mostly sold on offline stores comparing to international variant India one has loads of issue even after wiping cache and hard reset device hangs and restarts service center says new motherboard costs Rs8500 but even if we replace it with new mother board after next update again going to face same issue problem is one UI 3.0 doesn't support hardware now only solution is sell this device samsung loosing its reputation M series comes with poor display clarity n issues A series with motherboard issues.

I used this mobile last 2 years same restart problem, i went to the samsung service center they told me that it's a motherboard issue it cost 8000 rupees what could we do........?

I have samsung A50S after updating November 1 software batch update, mobile had fezze abd restart automatically, hence i request samsung india to solve the problem at earliest

I loved my Samsung Galaxy A50s until it stopped one day and started switching on and of. The process harrassed me endlessly until I got the Samsung autorised service agent's report that a component of the mother board is faulty and don't try to repair it but change the mother board for Rs 7000.00. Truly bad experience !!!!

My phone kept on restarting after an update. Later I found that it is a motherboard issue. Never buy a Samsung smartphone. If you do have to never buy A series and M series.

Samsung value for money .Some people don't know how to use it. Need to hard reset after you got first app update download . So processor puts updates in order .Then on processor keeps it up to date with sequences .

Just connect you mobile to a PC then press volume down + power button and when phone restarts leave volume down button but keep pressing power button and then press volume up button when samsung logo appears leave power button but keep pressing volume up button, you will enter recovery mode, enjoy...

Bought February 2020. The phone just hung. Service center says "motherboard" needs replacing! . 9 thousand rupees. And data gone. Do not buy any Samsung phone ever. Third class quality. First and last time

All those friends who are facing restart or hanging issue are requested to do "hard reset" after wiping cache, I did the same and now my A50S is working as a charm, giving me decent battery life.

I use this phone after and half year I am facing problem of restart and hanging issue . Still continue the same. Samsung should call baçk the phone from customer those who have facing this problem.

Pre-ordered this phone in 2019. Never have any problem with it until 2021. Everything's smooth and updated regularly.

s. i bought samsung a50s.am using this just 1.5 year. It stopped its working. I went to service center ,they told me it is the problem of IC, to change this,we want to remove the board itself. For that I want to spend minimum 10000 rupee. It is rubbish thing.Dont buy samsung phone.

Samsung should recall for A50s because it restart every after 3/4 months when u repaired it from Samsung service.i am tired fo A50s as I paid 549000 mmk cash for it but useless phone now.
