Worst phone................facing hanging problem 30 times in a day.....after replacement of mother board the problem is not solved

Bought A50s in Nov 2020, Now I am getting issues with the phone, restarting automatically several times a day. Not worth to buy. Samsung should recall the phone or motherboard issue has to be serviced at free of cost.

This phone has been trouble free so far. The June software update seems to have even improved the battery life to some extent. My main problem with this phone is the 48mp camera. It's pretty ok in good daylight, but lousy in medium & low light. Samsung can improve it by allowing users to have full control of flash & by giving a software update specifically to improve camera performance. But it looks like they're least bothered.

After investing 23K the phone life itself 12 to 18 months.. getting lot of software issues ..... not worth for the price invested.

akash, 01 May 2021is this phone water proof or water resistI believe this is water resistant coz my niece threw my ph in bucket with tap on and told me after 15 mins.. I took out my ph and dried it but it didn't turn on..however after 10 days I was cleaning the drawer and started fickling with my ph which I actually loved it..it turned on and is working properly now

I do not recommend anyone to invest even a dollar on this phone.

Yusuffathur, 10 May 2021One of the best Samsung device after my Galaxy S9,doesnt ha... moreIts feature that you must have accidently enabled. Check in settings, there is option called "Auto restart" it also allows you to select days when you want to restart this phone.
Apart from this, you must have received multiple updates, I'll recommend backup your data and factory reset your phone. This should solve your restart problem. Good Luck!

This phone's fingerprint scanner never worked ever. Even after several updates. The worst thing ever. I'm used to unlocking using my thumb.

this mobile has very poor perfomance because in simple use like only using whatsapp its hangs and restarts again & sometimes it stucks on Samsung logo. Don't waste money on this phone

This phone literally sucks! i bought mine last 2019, after a few months of using it, it always hangs and restart all over again, waiting for long period of time to open sometimes i doesn't open it stucks on it's logo, thats's why i need to long press the power and volume down to reswtart again. This is waste of money ! Have an issue lessthan a year!

Looking stylish, slim and Awesome Display but performance like Samsung S duos mobile.

One of the best Samsung device after my Galaxy S9,doesnt have problem at all,smooth Usage and long battery life,my only trouble is it always turn of and turn on back it self,any one have a solution ? Thanks
