I got the phone yesterday. Here is my opinion on it so far.
The display is wonderful, and the cameras take awesome pictures in day light. I noticed a bit of noise in the pictures if photos were taken at night. Also, I couldn't find an option that lets me take pictures with the 48 mega pixel camera. The phone stutters here and there and the fingerprint sometimes doesn't work well. I believe it is a software issue and could possibly be improved in the next updates. The one UI 2 is wonderful. Much better than any other UIs I've tested. It feels mature and has plenty of features. For performance, Compared to the Note 8 Pro, it is definitely slower, but under max load, it doesn't drop performance unlike the Note 8 Pro. The fingerprint on the Note 8 Pro is super fast, although its position is quite uncomfortable (At least for me). The plastic is really great, and I prefer it over the glass back since it heats less compared to glass and it will not break as fast, but it scratches more easily (Not a problem if you use a case), It also makes the phone feel lighter. Also, glass is mostly used when the phone has wireless charging, so if the feature is not there, then I see no point of using glass.
So far the phone is good, it could definitely be improved a lot by updates (Hopefully). It is meant for casual people, and not for heavy tasks.
So far I have mixed feelings about the phone. I kind of expected it to be a bit better. For those who have used both. Which one do you prefer more and why?

Which is better?With note 8 pro is very simple, is your correct choice if you are a heavy gamer on a $200 budget AND avoid it if you are a non gamer / casual gamer that wants overall better user experience/support and better security for your sensitive data, at all that A51 is a much better choice, samsung M30s is a very similar device but with outstanding 6000maH battery life.

Loner , 24 Jan 2020Please what's wrong with the finger print It's the same crap from the A50. Go watch reviews to see how laggy and slow it is. It also only works with oily or moist hands. If you have dry hands, it will not work.

Honor 10 had short battery life issues only for that I would upgrade to this A51 or some other phone.

What i wanna know is how is the fingerprint scanner?
I'm currently using a phone that has a scanner bellow the screen, so i'm not exactly sure how one on the screen will perform

Has anyone checked speaker functionality? I have issues on my A70... Low voice no one can hear me when I'm using loud speakers. I don't if same with A51
