But, Why does with better specs M31 cost less?
Both are from Samsung, nah?
- Build Quality & Design is always better in A series' phone.
- Camera is almost same to same if you don't mind having 48MP on papers instead of 64. (Go to YT)
- Software optimization is way better than M series' phones for sure. You'll get 3 Android updates for sure (A51).
Btw, M series uses OneUI core while A series gets full version of OneUI.
- KNOX security is intergated in hardware in A series' phones! Do your M31 offer that?
- Nice little punch whole in a sAmoled panel. Do you have that?
- You'll get a premium feel when you pick an A51 which is completely missing in M31.
Now, Battery is all you can brag about! But in real life, It doesn't make that much of a difference. If 6000mAh in a M31 gives you 9hrs of SOT (just presume), then A51's 4000mAh will give you 7:30hrs easily just because of its software optimization. If u r all about specs on paper, then M31 is the right choice for you 🐸

I compared the A51 to two-year old Snapdragon 660 and Kirin 710 phones, since Exynos 9611 is supposed to be their peer. In real life usage the A51 seems to lag behind quite a bit, and it's much newer. Maybe her phone is defective, I'm gonna push for a replacement.

I will stick to mid range phones, since I just need a reliable phone. I am not a gamer nor I have time for that at all. I use i primarly as a communication tool and when I need to find some information quickly. But, when I buy a phone no matter what class it is I do expect that hw and out of the box sw work properly. I had opportunity to check on Redmi 9 Pro for example, which is in the same range and it has less price. I must say I am sorry that I did not wait and bought that one instead.

But I do expect phone to perform "normal". I always had mid-range phones and I never experienced those kind of perofrmance issues before. I use phone as phone, and I use only out of the box features, I don't play games or use any other apps that have high requirements. So I do expect those basic features to work without any issues.

3-better camera
4-better fingerprint sensor
5-2000 more mah battery !!!
There is no point at all to think about A51 while m series is there

The WiFi was worki... moreI am using it after i used redmi note 3,4yrs old phone,so from my perspective i saw this phone performing decent till i compared with phones with sd 730g or 720 g...they are definitely faster and better performing...so yeah phone isnt as much as good as other midrangers in this price range in terms of performance...there will be an android update soon ...maybe your phone gets fixed or get to service centre if they can reboot and reupdate your phone software

This phone is garbage! Wont charge past 70% and sometimes I get mail 2 days after it was sent. It doesnt notify of incoming messages even when set up to do so! I have never had such a hard time with a phone! I have spent countless hours on the line with Samsung and they cannot offer any help. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!
