I have read a... moreNo. You don't strictly need 20sec or 30sec. If you are using the A52 5G's main camera which has a wide aperture of f/1.8, you are only going to need 1/2 second exposure at ISO 3200 to capture stars at night or the Milky Way galaxy.
You can achieve the same or equivalent exposure at ISO 1600 for 1 sec, ISO 800 for 2 sec, ISO 400 for 4 sec, ISO 200 for 8 sec and ISO 100 for 16 sec. Now the default Samsung camera app maxes out at 10 seconds so it means the A52 5G is more than capable of capturing stars at night. You can even turn night into day if you use ISO 3200 and set longer exposure times.
Third party camera apps like Open camera maxes out a 1/2 sec shutter speed so you're going to need to set the ISO at ISO 3200. Higher ISO's enable faster shutter speeds but image noise increases the higher the ISO. You will have to learn to use manual mode and a tripod for most camera apps if you'll be doing astrophotography at ISO 1600 or lower.
If all of the above sounds confusing or you'd rather not learn to use manual mode, just install and use GCam in Night Sight mode. It's pretty straightforward. Point to the stars, wait to focus and shoot, keeping your hands as steady as possible. You'll be surprised you can actually do astrophotography HANDHELD with GCam in NightSight. For better quality, enable Astrophotography mode and put the A52 5G in a tripod while using NightSight mode in GCam. No ISO or shutter speed settings to set. So yes, the A52 5G is more than capable for astrophotography.

You need AMOLED display for the best viewing experience and if a phone has 5G, it will be listed in the specs.

Anonymous, 22 Sep 2021great phone a52 5g avesome software better then on the a71 ... moreI think 4500 mah battery is quite powerful, but you need know how you use it, for xample if it is always on automatic screen, it is quite niygh for 24 hours, if the screen brightness is not on automatic, you must use one third screen brightness, then it is enough for more than 8 hours, but if you use half brightness or 70 percent brigtness, battery consumes fast, maybe it is just 3 or 4 hours,I have redmi note 8 pro, I have always put on automatic screen brightness, battery is enough for 24 hours for normal usage and social media, not for games, I am very happy my redmi note 8 pro battery.

Do you know if installing Open Camera from google play, it allows to set longer shutter speed?

You can handhold it, but results won't be as good. Here's the GCam that I use. I have read that you have to find a gcam that works on that phone, then to do some adjusments in order to calibrate (I suppose the colors etc) or to get some kind of file and save it in a folder etc... and it seems complicated (or at least sounds like that)

Anonymous, 11 Sep 2021Is there even a difference between the 6GB and the 8GB RAM?Not much but the 256GB internal storage that comes with the 8GB RAM version is a huge relief if you have huge storage requirements and cannot give up dual SIM to allow for micro SD storage expansion. I wish though Samsung stops using stupid hybrid SIM slots that make you choose between storage expansion and a second SIM. 100% of people will choose 2 SIM slots and a dedicated micro SD card slot over 1 SIM slot and a 1 hybrid slot (SIM2 or micro SD). I mean the predecessors of this phone (A51, A71) have 2 SIM slots and a dedicated micro SD slot. There's absolutely zero reason to use a hybrid SIM slot other than to force dedicated dual SIM users to buy the more expensive higher internal storage options.
