Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: Exynos vs Snapdragon Benchmark
Here you can see for yourself the Snapdragon variant of S22 dominating over Exynos in every metric:

Efficiency wise SD 8 Gen1 is not that superior over Exynos 2200 as the SD 8 Gen 1 is fabed on inferior Samsung node hence they suffered with efficiency compromises and heat. This was the reason Qualcomm switched to superior TSMC fab for their Gen 2 production.

Also the Snapdragon variant of S22 was not just superior in Performance but also superior in Camera department due to having much superior ISPs and computational AI photography.

Their review conclusion says:
“At the end of the day, most people we showed these photos to, agreed that the Snapdragon version is the one they would go for.

And we can certainly see why. The Snapdragon has more saturated, punchy colors, it has a bit more sharpening, while the Exynos model often looks bleak with more toned down colors that lack the 'wow' factor.

You might not believe that a change in processor could lead to quite big changes in image quality but it does. Sometimes that difference is subtle, at other times it's more noticeable, but it's always there.”

AnonD-1090716, 02 Apr 2023The Galaxy S6 edge/S6 edge+ and Note 5 aged much better. S6 edge+ was the sexiest phone I ever had!! ❤️❤️ It was way too expensive when I bought it and was a head turner for sure, loved it ❤️❤️

Samsung has no competing chips to fab against the current Snapdragon flagships and the upcoming Gen 3 either hence they dropped the idea of Exynos altogether from S23 and possibly S24 as well.

Samsung is renewing their fab and some reports indicates that is having good yields.
Samsung hasn't confirmed anything about the Qualcomm 8 gen 3.

The SD 8 Gen 1 in S22 is not the best in terms of efficiency as it was built on Samsung fabs just like Exynos were, despite that its performance is superior.

                          9322
In efficiency Exynos proved many times to be better:

Your speed test isn't valid, since a lot of applications weren't properly optimized or the Exynos 2200 GPU. And he should do again the test.

Exynos 990 beated A15 Bionic in the speed test, Exynos 2100/2200 could able to beat Qualcomm 888 and 8 gen 1.
Exynos proved by many tests to show superior performance compared to Qualcomm.

have a53, Dxomark says camera just marginally better, mostly video; if that turns your crank. Battery is awesome it seems as a53 was great, not attached to airport charger like iphone nerds. Weight, width and bezels have me saying no!!!! larger bezel than a53 weight is too high. Chip is just ok, this chip should of been in the A53

Exynos vs SD - never ending debate, same as Intel vs AMD.
While in real life, 99,9% of you literally use no more than 10% of CPU power and hardware resources for things you really need - mail, web surfing, streaming services, music, alarm, calendar, maps and few more useful apps.
OS with apps optimization and fluidity, outdoor screen brightness, decent camera and good battery life is what really makes the difference, everything else you can flush down the toilet in real life unless 0,1% of you who use handy as a tool for a living must include premium CPU and camera, bulletproof case and screen, more storage, etc...
                                      Gaming!?!?
Really, get serious people, or you will end up fked in life big time (unless you already are).
