I recently purchased this unit (Samsung galaxy a54) and it doesn't detect the signal for the wifi and data (always keeps on saying it cannot connect) during setup. And setting the phone up requires Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Any tips on getting past the setup without connecting the internet? Or is it a phone issue and needs to be returned?

Its up to you to decide btw...

Anonymous, 05 Apr 2024I just bought it, it's only pros is you will not be ab... moreIt's due to a bug in One Ui 6 in some units. Turn fff the Google Assistant "Ok Google" and will be back to normal. I had the same issue with my old Meizu X8 in 2020 after an Android Update.

Of course, I updated the software and I started using it. Well, I am very disatisfied. It seems this issue is being happening for a year now. That´s a long time without a solution. I read that the issue can be solve turning off HDR. Really? come on Samsung, I would love you to solve this problem. I bought your product intead of another company because of your policy of 5 year security patches and 4 android updates. Though, of course I expect the camera to work well. I mean, I also bought this product because it was suppose to have a wonderful selfie camera. However, I look yellow aftert the picture is being processesed by the software. Yes, I have follow all the steps that Samsung proposed to solve this issue. This entails the following steps:
Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data.
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.
Check your device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/
Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/
Of course, I have not reset my phone. I mean, it is brand new!!! I hope for a quick solution from Samsung.

I used ... morewell they just shoot in auto mode photo but if they knew how to play in pro mode then the photos would be much better, but for that you need to spend more time sometimes to shoot several times to get the result so if they think with just one click you get the best result then that's all clear

how many of them are ready to take a steady hand position
to notice the light source is behind the camera
and to wait a few seconds for the auto focus to stabilize for a good photo
and finally remember that even professional photographers with professional cameras shoot over 100 or 200 shots in order to select only 5/10 of them,
but these amateurs think that the first shot hits the rabbit

They are using exact s... moreWell, I saw at least 3 comparison reviews by Brazilian youtubers (TUK, Braziligeeks and Jersu) and in all of them, the A54 has better photos. This is streange, since I see a lot ot people complainin about the A54 cameras after the One Ui 6 update.
