        Hello, I'm planning to buy either samsung A54 or A34, which one do you think is more worth the price ? Also I'm open to recomendations on phones that have stereo speakers and have equal or better performance in the same price range. Your opinions will be appreciated. Thank You.

          I don't know why most people copmplain about this phone if they haven't used it at all!
          I have Galaxy a51 (much older version of this phone) and iphone 13 and both phones open major APPS with exact same speed, despite the magical "Bionic" chip of the iphone.
          (Less than a secon difference in variations!).

          I do understand and know from testing that when doing things like video editing on a smartphone, is when you are going to see a more powerful processor finishing rendering the video clip slightly more faster than the one on Galaxy a54. However, most people don't do any serious photo/video editting on a phone for multiple known reasons.

            It's a good phone.
            Cameras are great in daylight, not in some cases.
            Battery life is great, it gave me more than 8 hours of screen time, if it doesn't die during the day at any point, what more do you want from a midranger.
            Performance is not top tier, of course again, but I played codm in high resolution and it worked perfectly fine. It perfectly fine for normal use.
            Build quality is phenomenal, it looks great in my opinion for a midranger.
            The speakers are amazing. They're loud and have punchy bass. It is supported for four generations of android, that is until android 17. I mean come on really?

            It's a good ohone, period!

It's clear that you're another Xiaomi fanboy who will defend the brand no matter what people say about the garbage MiUI. Personally, I'd prefer BBK UI over MiUI any day.

                            As for phone cases, I'm not interested in purchasing one that adds unnecessary weight to my device just to compensate for the lack of an IP rating. I don't want to carry around a bulky, armored case everywhere I go just to protect my phone from water damage.

                            Samsung also offers a hassle-free bootloader experience. Why would I choose Xiaomi and go through the trouble of diving into XDA forums, trying to understand how to unlock the bootloader of a Xiaomi phone, just to install a custom ROM and extend its lifespan? Not everyone has the time or inclination to go through that process. I didn't bother doing it with my S9+ because I didn't want to hassle myself in search of a ONEUI replica.

                            The debate between the Snapdragon 778 5G and Exynos 1380 has already been settled. People have acknowledged that both SoCs have their strengths and weaknesses in specific games and areas. The Exynos 1380 has a better ISP than the Snapdragon 778. You're comparing a two-year-old sub-premium SoC to a mid-range SoC. Do you seriously want to know what was a downgrade? It's the A53 that lost Wi-Fi 6 support because Samsung didn't provide the 1280 chip with Wi-Fi 6 support. At this point, the Exynos 1380 outperforms the Snapdragon 778. You're hating on Exynos due to the stereotype that Exynos chips are prone to overheating.

                            Regarding the topic of iPhone copycatting, you mentioned that everyone dislikes it when phones blatantly copy the designs of other brands instead of creating their own unique designs. The reason why Samsung gets away with it is because they have that design they made that phone design. However, in the past, Xiaomi attempted to mimic the iPhone design, which sparked widespread criticism and backlash.

                            Lastly, go ahead and blast your non-IP rated phone with water for 10 minutes straight. I hope all your non-IP rated phones end up damaged. :)

                                  Also when you are the person who think updates are the most important part then you probably change your phone also every after 1-3 years so the 4 years of OS updates dont mean much and 5 years of security updates. Never mind that on Xiaomi phones you can unlock the phone and then install custom OS on it and get way more updates then Samsung phones. That is the reason why it's good to go for performance first phones where you set on your custom rom and have longer time on updates and the phone wont slow down to useless with these middle class hardware. A54 is worse in performance then A52s that is already over 2 years old phone.

                                  the last reason is dumb to think that it's something to go buy like trick people you have a better phone then actually is. Who cares about that ? All samsung x4 series look same like S23 series on the rear. When Xiaomi Redmi note 5 Pro come out then it look like Iphone from behind cause of the cameras. People complain it is total iphone copycat. So for you to think your tricking people then the people think you are just a copycat

                                  I have not had single phone with any IP rating and i have had jobs where i work with water like washing cars daily and none of my phones got any water damage to care for some IP rating
