People just need to stop thinking that any new midrange Exynos chip will have efficiency issues like flagship ones cuz they never had, it's like saying that midrange Snapdragon will have the same issues because the SD 888 and 8 gen 1 had, yes, they were fabbed by Samsung but a lot of midrange Snapdragons like the 710, 720G, 730G, 750G, 765G and 780G also were fabbed by Samsung and never suffered efficiency issues

Getting rid of plastic is the best idea samsung could have done. Plastic and warm cpu is super bad combination.
3.5mm jack is long gone now. It's not the first year wake up.
Good memories with FM radio. I used to listen it like 15 years ago.

Getting rid of the plastic back is a HUGE step forward for the A-class. Knox too. However:
1) No optical zoom. WHY ???
2) No 3.5 mm jack. WHY ???
3) No FM radio. Because of 2) !!!

Yeah, the cooling system is a vital thing. But having a metal frame the device is heavier, bulkier and bigger. And the price is already double. That's why I bought a54.

mahert, 12 Mar 2024speaking about Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and based on my friend... moreI had the A52s and loved it. Upgraded it to the S23 FE. Honestly it is far better than the A52s. Even has 8k 24fps video recording and 4k60 fps. A55 does not have that. Also, I am not saying anything terrible about the A55 but in actual fact the cortex A78 cores are the same kind of cores used in the A52s. The S23 FE has a Cortex X2 core and even its middle cores are newer than the A78. The AMD gpu will no doubt also be better than the one in the A55 as it was designed as a flagship gpu and not as a midrange gpu. The S23 FE also has a much bigger vapour chamber to try to combat the heat issues the s22 series had.
That being said though, I am not at all saying the S23 FE is a perfect phone, not at all. Just that it would be more future proof than the A55 and also the AI goodies of the S24 series is confirmed to be coming to the S23 series, which includes the S23 FE, whereas the A series will not be getting it.
To each his own I guess though
