Is this phone significant... moreIn my opinion you shouldn't upgrade as your a55 has a slightly better processor and snapdragon 778g in samsung a52s was on part with last year's exynos processor. So you are not missing much. Of course a55 will receive software update for longer but I think your phone might hold it's own for a little longer

1. Check if your charger is plugged into the wall properly. Make sure the USB cable is securely inserted. Also try using another power outlet at a different place.
2. Check if fast charging was inadvertently turned off in the Battery settings page (Settings app > Battery Information > Use fast charging option).
3. Try using another charger which is minimum 25 Watts and see if it still charges slowly.
4. Restart your phone.
5. Place the phone on a flat surface and closely inspect the front glass and back glass for any signs of battery swelling from the inside. If the battery puffs up it usually pushes the glass outward. In this case, it needs immediate replacement.
If none of the above suggestions work, I'm afraid there could be a hardware defect in the battery or charging controller which can only be fixed by an authorised service centre.

There is an issue I have been experiencing with my Samsung Galaxy A55. Recently, I have noticed that the charging speed has significantly reduced. Despite the fast charging feature being enabled, it appears that the device is not charging as quickly as it should.
If you have encountered a similar issue, I would greatly appreciate any insights or remedies you might suggest to resolve this problem.

I would recommend using a tempered glass instead for the front because hydrogel is not very good at protecting against scratches, even a nail can scratches hydrogel screen protector.

well I tried this model but the A35 is definitely better to hold because it's lighter and the frame doesn't cool you in the palm of your hand... performance will be on the side of the A55 but if you don't play games, the weight and comfort is preferred... on the other hand, the A34 is better to hold than the A35 because it has rounded edges :)
sadly the whole A5X family is quite uncomfortable... heavy phones with sharp edges :(
