Werner, 10 Feb 2024According to specs which phone is best between A53 and A55? If you have not heard, the A53 is seen as the failure among the A5x family. Gamers stay away from it due to its less performing processor. Gsmarena reviewer wrote:-
"Don't get us wrong, the Galaxy A53 5G is still a decent mid-range performer and it is holding its own. However, the Exynos 1280 chipset is a bit of a downgrade from earlier Qualcomm chips and that generally means the Galaxy A53 5G is often underperforming within its competitive price bracket."
The upcoming A55 promises better performing chipset and you should wait if you can. If you cannot then try to look at the decently fast A34. I wonder why the A54 is not in your interest?

As an all-rounder at this price, though, the Xiaomi 13T is a better option.

Telephoto lenses are expensive therefore are catered for higher end phones. Digital zoom is possible though, perhaps we could satisfy our zooming needs with that temporarily.

Heck, this guy is telling us to get a Galaxy S21 and is older, and not midrange but the new OnePlus 12R is midrange and new kind of midrange from OnePlus with SD 8 Gen 2 processor, which is heck of a lot better than any Galaxy S21 but may cost more but $500 for that OnePlus is an awesome deal. I wouldn't because I have the 1tb micro sd card and not going to go without it, just some person I do not know tells me to buy a phone without the slot. Pucker up and kiss my you know what. AnTuTu score on S21 to the A54 is 77,377. A55 is even closer to the S21 or chance better with a micro sd card slot. I have had no issues with A54 at all.

Do not give me the BS that micro sd cards are not fast enough BS. The one I have does just fine at 150mb speed. Just being Ultra Sandisk.

The whole flagship with the slot is bass ackwards, and same with removable battery. You think paying more would get you those two features, and headphone jack but those are removed for paying more. What kind of stupid logic is that? Pay less and get those or pay more and lose them. WTF?

In order to differentiate the A55 from the A35, the A55 could be getting better specs (probably 4K@60fps and/or 1080p@240fps). Since the A7x series has been discontinued, technology from the S FE can trickle STRAIGHT to the A55! Take a look at the FE specs and note the aluminum frame.

This is an exciting time for the upcoming A55 and its future A5x siblings. Imagine one day, the A59 may be getting gyro-eis selfie camera, wireless charging or reverse charging.
