Anonymous, 27 Mar 2024Fake review. A55 is an amazing well rounded phone.Agreed, much better than s21fe, if you need an fe to compare it to, try the s23fe, similar in price, decimates the S23fe in battery. A55 is a HIGH tier midrange that sets the new Gold Standard.

a55 far better than s21fe, in longevity and build quality (glass on alu on glass >>> glass on alu on plastic)
if anyone wants alternatives to the a55, compare it with s23fe

Now it's too big, before it was a nice mid range phone but now it's a large phone (6.5"+) so different segment. I don't need something else in my pants competing for real estate.

I have a Samsung J7 from 2016 that's still being upgraded by developers in the rooting community (but with 16GB of native storage Im more than happy to stick it in a drawer and only use it once in a while). Stop taking OTA updates that slow your device down and start flashing "warrantee voiding" updates that speed it back up. The warrantees ran out long ago

I am using a Redmi Note 9 pro from 4 years ago with 720g and it is just as fast and lag free as it was when i bought it.
I hear Samsung users compain about their devices slowing down after a few years, is this actually the case or just something which people say to themselves to justify a new purchase?

is it worth paying 105 euros more for a thin upgrade from A54, it looks like a 90% copy that I don't see anything spectacular for those +105 euros,in the cheapest combination.

Nein, 27 Mar 2024Well when it was all plasticThe only downside of plastic is the feel. But most folks slap a case on their phones anyway. And unlike glass back, plastic doesn't break.
