Log, 16 Sep 2016I bought A5 2016...last month Aug 2016.....after one month ... morehmmm i haven't but seems like a software problem, try to upgrade to the latest version available or take it to the service, they might do a factory reset with the OS originally to see if that can help :)

I bought A5 2016...last month Aug 2016.....after one month lot of trouble in wifi hotspot and wifi,Bluetooth....nothing functions...either automatically switched off...again not able to activate the hotspot....have any one faced same problem.

Annonymous, 16 Sep 2016I am so annoyed at this phone, I bought it in July was happ... moreok i don't usually reply to anonymous but i must say that yes, the glass back it's more slippery than plastic (can't say metal cuz i haven't own one) but for me, i'm getting used to it and being a bit more carefull while grabbing it, i know it's less comfortable or easy minded but the phone it's amazing so it's manageable ^_^

AnonD-549881, 16 Sep 2016Most of the games are lag in this device after updating it ... morei dont think you can downgrade back unless you bring it to service centre but you need to pay for the service also why it hangs because when lolipop already only left less than 800mb free size and now MM even lesser so all applications that use heavy graphics will lag

Most of the games are lag in this device after updating it to marshmallow...how to solve this problem....? Should I reset the phone or downgrade back to lollipop..! Please someone tell....

I am so annoyed at this phone, I bought it in July was happy coz it was my first pretty phone in a while, now it keeps falling off stuff because it's super slippery i don't like phone covers because I feel they yake the beauty away from the phone but this phone is now cracked at the back and on the screen like I am just so annoyed with this silly phone I don't recommend it.
