Just bought this phone in March....totally pissed off it will not turn on or do anything...Was on the phone will Bell and there pretty much got me NO WHERE!!!!! Pay all this money to get anywhere is beyond me!

Thembi, 14 Sep 2016I own a Samsung Galaxy A5 SM-A500FU it just decided not to ... moreif it doesn't even turn on trying the factory reset then u should hurry to take it to the service, i'm not sure why would the charger get hot if it's not responding but when i had A3 with kitkat it didn't show me the charge while charging untill i restart it, it was fixed with lollipop upgrade it could be similar but can't say for sure
hope u solve ur problem since it's an amazing phone :D

Devil, 14 Sep 2016i didnt say its not a good phone...!! everything was perfec... morei'd recomend take it to the service (or carrier if u went that way) to get tested, probably will be cover under warrant since it's a software problem, hope they solve ur problem :)

Everytime i use this phone for a long time, i feel dizzy and headache maybe due to flicker that gsmarena talked about in review. I feel satisfied after sold this phone.

Multitask.and i go... morei didnt say its not a good phone...!! everything was perfect since yesterday. it just started to happen last night and i dont know how to fix that wifi and bluetooth issue..!! i've tried every possible solution i.e. restarting device and factory reset but nothing helped out!!!
