Guys my phone sometimes disconnects from wifi when I start a whatsapp voice call and then reconnects automatically when I end the call. Any suggestions or solutions??

Please what should I do to make my downloads go into my memory card instead of the phone's memory? Most of the times when I try coping videos or pictures to d memory card it gets corrupted.

This phone has a problem. When i charge my phone. It heats up
Sometimes i can't touch this. Even turning off my phone it heats up as well. The battery would affect the heat of the phone. Sometimes slow charging it take a while to full charge. And the battery drains quicklu. How can i fix this problem??

Hi. My A5 2017 has a issue. When i connect the charger with headphone its working but if i remove my headphones while charging the external speaker is not working. But retarting the phone is alright but how to fix the issue??

CaptainBereh, 18 Jun 2020it is simply because of the mobile chipset capability. I think the mobile chipset and hardware are capable of accepting a newer major update even if being a little bit simplified like the android oreo go edition for some nokia phones. However, Samsung is sticking to two major updates for a smartphone even premium series like the S or Note series. This policy has to change and upgrade the phones with at least three major updates just to stay almost up to date like iphone keeps much older phones up to date and this is its major point of strength against samsung and most android phones. Nowadays smartphones are becoming much more powerful and capable of longer living with newer updates.

1. No mobile data on/off toggel in drop down menu.
2. Phone sitting idle and connected to wifi and max
battery life is 1.5 days.
3. No notification i drop down menu while connected to
charger.
4. Missing features and options in Always on display.
My phone model is A520w.

Maybe when your finger moves it covers the proximity sensor and thus the screen turns off.

I think this should reset the settings of the mobile and the apps settings and then solve the problem if as you are saying it's not a hardware problem.

What I don't get is that when I receive a call, I am unable to hear the other party through the earpiece, but when I press the speaker option , the audio is played through the earpiece and it is loud and very clear and I am able to communicate without any trouble .

salman, 06 Jun 2020bro I thought about clearing phone cache, but unfortunatel... moreThere is no clear app to clear cache of the storage you have to go to settings-> apps sort them by size and then try to clear the cached data from the storage app by app to the first few large size apps. But I don't think this will help. An easier solution try to do factory reset. If for a certain virus or app or malfunctioning the earpiece speaker is not working this may help
