I thought about clearing phone cache, but unfortunately the phone app is not shown in application settings
any idea where did it go?
can this voice issue be because of this?

salman, 04 Jun 2020did clean them but sadly, it didn't help So you have to change the earpiece speaker or check the motherboard

I had this phone for over 2 years and frequently went into the water with it. I had no problems with this device after 3 years of owning it. The camera was not the best at that time but it was a fast device in those times. It fell and the back glass broke and sadly went underwater with it and the screen stopped working but it was great at the time it came out.

This phone has a crappy camera and that's the reason I'm not buying a Samsung again. read the review, which says something else. Moreover, the back panel glues have softened and the glass came off after a year or so.

salman, 02 Jun 2020I've got a problem to which I cant find a solution, can you... moreFirst try to clean the earpiece speaker holes with a thin nail (if you phone is still water resistant and not disassembled before this might kill the water resistant feature). Some times these holes get full of dust and turn into mud with humidity and thus you can't hear during calls. I faced such a problem when I had a galaxy note two and this solution helped me a lot. Otherwise it's either you need to replace the earpiece speaker or a motherboard problem.

I've got a problem to which I cant find a solution, can you guys help?
The earpiece suddenly stopped working and I am unable to hear voice from the other side (sometime I am able to but it is very low so I have to put it on speaker mode to talk).
I have check the call volume
restarted the phone
tried pressing on the head of the phone
but no luck
So if you guys have a solution please kindly let me know.

Had this phone for almost 3 years. All around great phone except for cameras which are utter trash

Hi everyone, in my country I see I stopped receiving monthly security updates. I know it's almost at end or the end of it's cycle for receiving updates but I see other countries are still receiving.
My question is, can these security updates that's released in other countries be installed? Will there be any issues doing this?
