After every huge android patch, you should make a factory reset because there is a lot of bugs and unexpected working of the phone. Just make a copy of your text messages, phones to people and photos, and do factory reset. :)

I was thinking that you are after reset, and have this problem again. If this not work, send it to samsung service. Don't wait for damage your phone more by heat, or exploding in your pocket guyz ...

Do you check the processor working when the phone is not using? Maybe there is an app workin in background and processor is heating up phone ?

Thats insane act by shamesung ...
