1) The fingerprint sensor is on the side and not at the back.
2) It is not made from metal like A6+
3) A6+ has a good screen to body ratio than A7...you can check that on gsmarena
4) A7 has a smaller battery 3300MAh as compared to A6+ 3500MAh
5) A6+ is slightly older and therefore has all accessories available including flip cases as compared to A7
I will therefore advice you to go for A6+ and i know you will come back and thank me.

i am confused on what to buy. Samsung A6+ or Samsung A7 2018? I am more on display screen to body ratio (esp the side bezels) and camera preferences type of guy.

lower end J8 has this feature but A6+ missed.
