few days ago there is a small update of 140mb in the version of marshmallow india. after the update the touchwiz freeze . i dont know why they release update if they cant make beter. they dont bother customers after selling now samsung will go down after note 7 explosion. they will learn lesson now.

I purchased a new Samsung A7.After one month its screen has been damaged and go through service center,they told me its physical damage need to change display.I told its ok and ready pay the cost of it.But they told me that that phone's spare not available nw ,they will check and call back..But there is problem that's parts half of coast u must pay now....I told its not possible...but they are not ready to repair with advance...

Samsung Galaxy A7 phone i bought 5 months back. from starting mic problem is there.after 4 months suddenly started battery drying fast and the after 2 weeks it went off and not charging.. I given to service center they said Battery dried, MIC and mini PCBA board also not working and all these need to change.. This is very bad such a costly phone if not working at least couple of months. Really offset. looks this model is worst.

Samsung has habitated to release more 15,16....models,they are excepting original series to release pure ui, because recent firmware marshmallow seemed to be like lolipop ui no original ui of marshmallow released upto now
