Hi is it possible that samsung would change my a7 because bluetooth is not working and its only a month i since i bought it the customer service says they have to repair it ang change the inside chip ?? What do you think guys ?

After marshmallow update adaptive display doesn't works sometimes,after restart it will regains its original color saturation,any help for this prbm

my samsung a7 suddenly switched off automatically and after that now its not working even there is no sign of charging while i connect it to the charger for charging

i have been using my A7 since last 13 months. no unusual battery drain. not even one time lagged once. gets heated sometimes while playing heavy games but not intolerable. but one thing is I haven't updated my OS. its still at 4.4.4 kitkat

the longer I use this phone, the phone sometimes will stuck. even I already clean the ram. haha, I dont know if I'm the heavy user or I force this phone to work harder than it limited. when it smooth yaa it's ok, just not bad..

The display went off for 3 nos of Samsung A7 mobiles which we three colleagues had purchased one and half year back. It was one after another almost within a span of 45 days. You do not have warranty after 1 year. It is better to buy another phone rather than replacing the display. Something is wrong with the display.

Pls don't go for any Samsung mobile with an expectation that it is covered under warranty. They will try to establish that you are at fault and. I bought Samsung A7 2016 and the display went off after 4 months. people at Samsung service centre was trying to establish it is because of miss handling though they could not find any damage or crack.

hi! i update my a700f to marshmallow and changed my ppi on display.all picture its more bigger ... i try with zedge bun not show picture in portrait mode .with cpu-z on lollipop show 420dpi and now with mm show me 400dpi.what can i do?pls

Sumsung Galaxy A7.
Phone on but the "recent" [two squares} on the right bottom next to the on/off button] and return arrow not lighted up. Therefore I don't have these two function. To go back previous menu I have to press on/off button. Any advice.

I had updated my phone using Samsung Kies 3. There's no issues. Heating problems have been solved. I love the new icons and emoji.
