Samsung A7 is the most terrible phone ive ever used,i hardly had this phone for less than a month and its freezing,sometimes shows 1 picture in many pieces,i feel like crying,the camera is horrible,sometimes when you take a picture it switches off,and i am unable to play videos online,it only plays sound on a white screen😔,its a nightmare i dont know how im going to fix this if it cn be fixed at all

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy A7 phone in Bangkok recently.I have been using it since July 2016.I am having problem with using internet.I have shown to some vendors but to no avail. am quite disgusted.
What could be the problem?

I am using my a7 sInce January 2015..now it's upgraded to marshmallow..The phone is working very fine..UI improved..response time improved..battery efficiency is enhanced..A good investment of money..Loved A7...

A7 samsung smarphone failure model...friends nit to buy. ...
I have purchased A7 smart phone in july 23rd 2015...it worked just till warranty period of 12months only 12 of august2016 it failed..getting over heated ..when i took the phone to company service centre at Madhapur..ayyappa society road..HYD..they said usb port and chip has gone..they charged rs. 1700.00...next just with in week days disply gon...again we took the phone to service centr they said display gone...it costs rs.7000...reason they say it has falldown...they are not ready to listen our version...especially the branch manager was manner less persion..he does not know how to talk with customers...he is not fit to be as a manager.....more over i saw 3 more customers came with same A7 model... so it is a failure model....i regret very much for buying samsung A7 model.... friends please stop buying A7 model...prasad
