My galaxy e7 won't be update in lollipop,
It still on kitkat and when i m trying to update it shows THE LATEST UPDATE IS ALREADY BEEN ISTALLED :(

Pooja, 03 Nov 2015After Upgrading my Samsung A7 from Kitkat to Lollipop my ce... moreTry a factory reset. 1st back up of course. I've always seemed to find issues after updating my firmware that a factory reset sorted out every time. Hope this helps you.

After Upgrading my Samsung A7 from Kitkat to Lollipop my cell is facing lot of problems, firstly it got hang and was happening again and again. overheating cant be ignored. After the upgrade my battery was 10% suddenly it reduced to 4% and than it switched off... it took hardly few seconds for this

Finally got 5.0.2 to INU version so officially in India Lollipop update is available.Got Smart Manager and smooth flow UI.File size is 843.58 MB.
Guys if you are facing any problem then just Format Factory it,if doesn't work do "Hard Factor Format".

while shooting snapshot under low light with the image quality selected 13mp, 9.5mp & 8 mp the camera gives a blur image but incase of 9.6mp &6mp image quality it doesnt ... Can anyone explain why it is??? is there any issue with the hardware ????
