AnonD-459995, 29 Oct 2015Finally got 5.0.2 lollipop. ..In indiaI had upgrade my moto g to Lollipop 5.0.2 and faced lots of issues like mic prob, people wasn't able to hear my voice clearly which was absolutely f9 on KitKat OS and connectivity prob too I faced.. Chkd on net tht dese prob is associated with Lollipop only.. So I will not advice u to upgrade to Lollipop.. But if ur device is working absolutely f9 without any issue den please let me know

Lollipop update is only available with INS currently not in INU (Check your box) in India.
