People getting marshmallow updates & Samsung doesn't seems to provide lollipop for their devices . Purchased a Samsung Galaxy A7 in march just after 2 months of launching on an ensurity from samsung guys that officially announced update will hit the smartphones in a month or 2 . its been 7 months & 10 months since this phone has launched but i cant get any clue about if or when is coming out . Buck up guys save our money pls .

i am using this phone since 3 months.in my gmail there are 1396 contacts.but in my phone only 1178 gmail contacts are visible.what happened to other 1396-1178=218 contacts.phone net is always on and sync is also on.

I am repenting now .. after purchasing 15 days still facing network issue. Not registered on network messages displayed. . and Battery is a disaster, screen on is between 3 hours and 20 minutes to 4 hours, with lighting to 50 percent

Samsung A7 is the worst phone that I have ever used, My phone use to hanged alot.! after udpating the software, same issue. samsung sucks.

A700FD is the one with the overheating issues , A700F doesnt have overheating issues so be careful buying the A7

Phone is good but given 2GB RAM is always busy upto 75%.
It was over priced when launched i.e. Rs. 30500 but now it slashed till Rs. 22000 so in this price it is awesome.
It is mentioned that given KIt Kat android is up-gradable but it's yet to come for A7.

Good smart phone featurewise but heating problem and battery drains very fast.battery heats up although got changed one handset but new one also have same problem.
Pathetic call centre response phone can be used till 50degree.
can you believe a phone having 50deg. temp.
