What did samsung doing.what the battery is not even last for 3hrs why did they prepare this waste mobile heating,no battery,sucks hugely strucks as china mobile when keeping livewallpaper and downloads from playstore on marshmallow do samsung dont know this problems waste waste waste of money.......

Samsung sucks , poor service , 2 months old mobile sent 4 times to service center still d problem is der , call center just gives fakes promises to replace handset

I think forgot this model because apps are outdated not even some basic apps like music,recorder.......such apps cannot be uploaded,no security updates upto now,no battery backup not even last for 3hrs,but heating guaranteed from the day of buying,releaseing of c9,c9proa9pro what is the use?forgotting old custmers u will pay for this in future days.

Bad experience on screen issue. Do not drop it from 15 and above, very delicate!

Please give us an update to nougat, make us satisfied use this smartphone at least for 1-3 years more. If more than that is better.

Why should this phone has not the theme store just like other Samsung phones even j7 have theme store and this phone is more expensive than j7 please give us update we are also your long term customers plzzzzz and improve battery life with an update

If any one having problem after updation, you have to flash the stock rom. Or go to samsung service centre they will re-install os.

Can anyone help me ? I have Galaxy a7 2015. When I use messenger for a longer period of time the phone freezes and can't be even restarted.
