My a7 2015 after every software updates my camera is no longer working I took it to repairs they changed the camera now is still doing the same thing, now is worse ever time I open the app is not responding I format it still doing the samething please help

Samsung galaxy a7 is a design in haste. With my personal experience with it, Samsung is out of the Nigerian phone market. The serial no of my phone is 356209066621043. It came with a defective camera. Complaints were lodged about this oversight and nothing could be done to either replace the faulty camera nor the phone despite being under warranty.
I know that if Samsung carries on its business like this in the country, its fortunes would certainly plummet. Thank you

i have found a7 2015 one of the best among mid range phones from samsung ,battery lasts for at least one day with an agressive use & there are no issues at all good 4g connectivty ,nice cammera,fine touch,
best value of money ,does not hang at all
