Sometimes it occurs when the screen protector comes in contact with the casing while something is trapped underneath the screen protector, triggering a touch response everytime the casing border pushes on the screen protector. I bought the Samsung Galaxy A71 about 2 weeks ago, and the phone is working amazing so far, but I ran into an issue just a few days after I bought it. Idk if this is a bug or an issue with my screen, but every once in a while in the day while I'm on an app like Instagram or whatsapp, the screen just begins to make accidental touches when I'm not even touching the screen. It begins to click on buttons on the top right of the screen, and it happens for a few seconds then stops. But regularly the touch on the top right on the screen works fine like the rest of the screen. So is this a bug or what (the phone is updated)

Samsung Galaxy a71 phone I have purchased but phone is getting charging problem after 16 days company as taking any responsibility I am asking to change my phone but company is telling before 14 we change now they are telling we can provide service phone as submitted t0 service center last 10 days phone will repair up to 20 days that's why don't buy Samsung Galaxy A71 is not correct till now I am using all Samsung products but sorry don't use Samsung service is not correct

Battery drain fast. After charging at 100%, 1 minute later you will see went to 99% and after 4 minutes went to 98%. For 4 hours on standby, from 91% to 81%. Something is wrong in the battery of this model.

Unless you stay in China only uses non Google apps or else is a no go.

My A71 have Green tint like S20 ultra.i see this happening when brightness is 10%~20% especially in dark mode.is factory reset solve this problem!?

i just picked up samsung a71 and updated the os. everything works fine except snapchat. volume it too low even at max volume. other apps like msgr, imo or audio call is ok. what seems to be the problem?

You should be worried if you happened to stay in Death Valley with 50°C ... lol

Clueless, 22 Jun 2020I just want to ask some opinion.. which one whether samsung... moreI saw both a71 and nova 5t but i am going to buy nova 5t i think that the performance of nova 5t is unmatched compeared to the a71.I know that a71 has an amoled display but when you compare them its not that much of a diffrence.and in my opinion the a71 is just too big of a phone.Battery is also really good on nova 5t.and the only bad thing about nova 5t is that it doesnt have a heaphone jack.and nova 5t is cheaper
