I watched several unboxing videos on YouTube and saw I was unfairly treated all the ones I watched had every accessory in them I even saw some with up to three booklets but mine was only one they probably removed the warranty book cause I'm thinking it comes with warranty, even the box was not sealed, the Samsung printed transparent water proof cover was not there also and it looked like something a hand has handled/opened previously.. It's really a bad experience I know I would need to order an item online at a time but I'm really disappointed. I have contacted them though.. await their response. Thanks

Approach the platform, lay your complaints, and demand for the missing accessories or negotiate for a return — but their policy and how long you've had the phone for would decide.

Guys is this the same with anyone? My Samsung Galaxy A71 came with only a "charger" did anyone get other accessories like Phone Pack/Screen Protector, USB cable and Earphone in their own purchase as I ordered mine. I want to know if any accessory was removed please help.

It's pretty common for faster, more powerful processors and it only happens with extended 4K video recording or gaming. You'll get used to it.

If you're concerned with battery, you can buy a phone with removable battery - Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, Nokia 1.3, Motorola Moto E6s, Blu G60 and Blu G70.
